Comic Potential

Synopsis
“It is the foreseeable future where everything has changed…but human nature.”
Welcome to television of the future ~ soap operas are still popular but in order to keep costs (and temperaments) to a minimum, soaps are now acted by programmable ‘actoids’. What to do then when one lonely scriptwriter falls for Jacee Triplethree, an actoid with true ‘comic potential’? In Ayckbourn’s world, everything is turned upside down as the line between actoid and human grows more and more narrow.
